Biography
Multimedia artist and practitioner Franadilla studied Urban Design, following Virgil Abloh's ethos of tackling culture from the outside in. Creative director of platforms Franasonic and Ebumnandini, as well as project-based initiatives like film screening series Migration Patterns, their practice surrounds looking at the past to create new narratives for the future through Afro Retro Futurism. Working across multimedia formats and cultural platforms, they drive culture forward by asking questions that connect historical narratives to future possibilities, proving creatives can build cultural infrastructure that honors the past while imagining new trajectories, creating spaces where archival thinking meets forward-looking creative practice and community building.
